The French Laundry in Napa Valley sounds like a place I’ll definitely have to try to get to next time we head out to CA. Who doesn’t love oysters and caviar? And the Meat Fruit in London sounds very intriguing. And the Japanese version of Ratatouille sounds delicious also, get it all in one bite for a flavor mixture. I  am so happy to have found this gem of a site!

The grilled mackerel sounds delicious! My mouth is watering just reading this description of it! And I’ve actually had the blowfish at Toro, as my family loves to try exotic dishes whenever we have the chance. I was a bit wary at first, it IS a blowfish, but when prepared by chefs who have done it many, many times before….ahh, heaven. Definitely enjoy reading your blog.

I like what you said about finding a diet that you can live with even after you’ve lost the weight. Some of these crash eating programs will certainly help you shed pounds, but as soon as you start eating normally again it all comes back. I like the idea of a low carb diet coupled with daily exercise. Great post! Very informative.
