    This corn chowder is THE BOMB ! I sprinkled a little white truffle salt on top that I got from Costco. I've made it 2X already ! AMAZING!

    Could you use an avocado to replace the cashew cream? Or maybe canned coconut milk? I know with the canned coconut it wouldn't be raw anymore. Thanks! I'm gonna try this today!
